Can't pass point 2 in the downloading scheme , not even with the firewall deactivated.

I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit and I can't pass point 2 in the downloading scheme. I've even tried to deactivate the firewall but nothing helps.

You can try using the off-line installers:

• Windows ActiveX (for IE browsers)
• Windows Plugin (for non-IE browsers)
