Download stops on 7%

When I try to update Adobe Flash Player it stops downloading on 7% and says lost connection.

Try downloading the installer at your home, if you have access to FTP server you may download it from this link : ftp://cust-dl:$Mno678pqr@sjftp.adobe.com/vikram/install_flash_player_12_active_x.exe$Mno678pqr@sjftp.adobe.com/vikram/install_flash_player_12_active_x.exe
