Updating Flash Player

I want to update my flash player but in the process, it was going to also install Google tool bar and one other thing.  I don't want those other add ons.  How can I update without getting this other stuff?

Use the "offline" installer:

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Nothing else in those
