Under Vista Home Premium, 32 bit.
I have tried to install Flash into Firefox, but without sucess. It is not listed in Plugins or Extensions. I tried to download a second time but got the message 'Only a single instance can run'.
I have Flash installed for Internet Explorer and it is listed in 'Control Panel' Under 'Programs and Feartures' and in 'Control Panel' via an Icon.
Advice please
I would like Flash installed for IE and FF

Thank you for the link.
I have now installed Flash.
I found the installer on the Adobe page ineffective
I have never managed to install Flash using the installer
Best wishes.
Ps I uploaded an avatar yesterday, but I can't move it. It has pending at the bottom. How can I use it?
PPS. I could not find any email address to contact Adobe. How can we approach them?

It takes a few days for the avatar to be "approved".
I can't even change one "on the fly", and I've been here a while.

It takes ages to login
Are we supposed to be able to move the avatar to one of those boxes. If so why? Mine will not move.
