I recently purchased Flash Professional CC. When using the trial version, I bumped into a pretty serious error.. When importing audio (or opening a previous .fla file that has audio), upon hitting play I'm confronted by a loud buzz, and no audio. The buzzing noise is startling, and is obviously quite more than just playback noise. The noise does not stop until I exit out of the program completly.
When I first noticed this issue I contacted a professional, and they informed me that I would not be able to update flash until I purchased it.
Now, having purchased it, I am still running into the SAME issue. I checked my creative cloud desktop app and it informed me that flash is completely up to date.
I am running Mac OS X 10.9 (mavericks)
(possibly irrelevant) sidenote - I did install the entire creative cloud collection as trial, but that trial has now run out and the only thing I purchased was the Flash Professional CC program.
We are experiencing the same issue with a whole lab of machines in a school district (iMacs)
They say this update will resolve the issue. I"m going to give it a try and see how it goes.
