How can I adjust the position of a background picture in different breakpoints?

Adjust the x position on the background tab and it will adjust for just the break-point you are on. (Answered my own question.)

yup. sounds like you got it. here's a little GIF showing it in action too. You just need to adjust it at each MQ to be at the placement you want
