Currently there are no subscription levels that support more than 5000 online response. Our recomendation for users that anticipate more than 5000 is to have multiple copies of the same form or regularly export some of the responces to make room for more.

Just to be clear.... The 5,000 is the response report limit.... so as long as I don't let the response level reach 5,000 by keep exporting and deleting old ones I'll be fine?
Is it 5,000 responses per form? Can I duplicate the form and name them v1, v2, v3 etc.... and I could have up to 15,000 responses?

Hi;
Basically it is 5,000 max at a time per form, if you approach 5,000 and then "delete" 4,000 responses you can then recieve 4,000 more (to total 5,000 on the View Responses tab at any time). So to collect 15,000 you could either duplicate your form and have V1, V2, and V3, or you could export responses after collecting <5,000, delete those and continue to accept responses.
