Flash Player installed again and again

I have Adobe Flash Player 12 installed in my Toshiba W7 64 with 181Gb free HD storage available.

However, every time I try to open Flash files I am prompted to download and instaled it again, and again.

I even installed Google Chrome but no improvement.
