Mark Mapes Jan 23, 2014 10:33 PM (in response to akr19)What exactly is it that you want to change? The dimensions & aspect ratio or a sequence? Or do you have 16:9 source content that you want to re-encode as 4:3? Or something else entirely?
Also, exactly what version of Premiere do you have? Not just "CS6" or "CC"--please report the exact version as shown in the About box (the current version is 7.2.1(4)).

If you want the sequence to match the HD source, then one of several ways to accomplish that is to right-click a clip in the Project panel and select "New Sequence from Clip."
Also, you did not report which version of PPRO you have.
