Hi,

You can collect the information submitted via webform :

- Set a workflow notification as explained here -> http://helpx.adobe.com/business-catalyst/partner/create-workflow-notification.html

-  Assign a workflow notification via Site Manager -> Webforms -> select form -> Edit Properties

- Reports -> Custom Reports -> Add Customer report -> Customers and Orders
