Problem Installing Flash Player

I am unable to install the latest version of Flash Player.  I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, Internet Explorer 11, and my latest verion of Flash Player is 11.9.900.170.  When I go to the page to install the current version and I click on the "Install Now" button, I wind up back at the Adobe home page with no download and no install.  How do I install the current version?  Is there an install file somewhere that I can download and run?
