I run IE9 in Vista Flash 12.0.0.38

I have previously deleted Chrome and Google Toolbar from my system.

When the auto updater is activated, it reloads Chrome and the Google Toolbar

How do I stop it loading Chrome and the Goole Toolbar as I dont want it

Thanks

Bypass the downloader/installer

Use the FULL offline installer(s):

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

There's NOTHING ELSE in those.

Thanks for that....I used your link and reinstalled Flash Player.....however...does this mean that the automatic downloader is now disconnected or will it download Chrome/Google tool bar again when the next Update is issued??? Hence I have not removed my problem ??

I am pretty sure I didn't tick any boxes in the first place.....so I dont know why I got !!

When one goes to the Adobe Flash page how do you know its the full OFF LINE installer.....it always takes me to the same downloder page all the time. Where does it tell you its off line when you google it.....sorry for seeming so dumb....!!

Bookmark those links.

They remain the same even when the version is updated.

Personally, I NEVER use the "updater" in ANY of my software, be it Adobe, Apple or Microsoft. I always do my updates manually.
