Steve Werner Jan 27, 2014 9:15 AM (in response to Sam1234)With the image selected, go to the Stroke panel (Window > Stroke). Set the stroke to None (or a solid line if you want a keyline around the image).

Steve Werner Jan 27, 2014 9:26 AM (in response to Sam1234)If you have the latest version of InDesign CC (9.2), someone could have applied a hyperlink to the picture. By default, a dashed line will show around a hyperlinked frame. To turn it off, choose View > Extras > Hide Hyperlinks.
