It's a waste of time to have to uninstall it when I forget about this.

Auto Updating of Flash is a convenience, but the default setting that McAfee security software wiill be installed is very, very annoying.  Adobe, PLEASE STOP this.

I'm a total control freak (admittedly) so I NEVER use auto updates for ANYTHING (Windows, Max OS X, Adobe, Roxio, Java, AVG... NOTHING updates automatically on ANY of my eight systems). Microsoft tries to sneak their "Bing" BS into Windows Updates, and I don't want it. Roxio tries to install "Yahoo" or "Ask" toolbars. Mac OS X Update constantly has "iCloud" which I don't use. Even Java pushes the "Ask" toolbar.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Bookmark and use those whenever you get an update prompt. They contain nothing else, and they're FULL installers, so you don't need to download one file and then another.
