Had my Mac worked on(blank screen)...the tech guy renistalled everything and got it to work again. I have been trying to install Flash Player, but cannot install it due to the one step where it asks for a name and a password. This was not my computer originally so I do not have that info. What do I do now?? Thanks!

You cannot install ANYTHING in OS X without an administrator account that has a password. If you didn't set one up when the OS was installed, this would be "a peach of a time" to do so, because you won't ever install anything else, including updates, without one.
