flash plugin crashes. nothing helps.

I take updates regularly, nothing seems to stop the flash plugin from crashing.  I have to restart my browser if it's going to work at all, but it happens far too often.

it's impossible to boycott this bad behavior because everyone needs flash and shockwave.

THANK YOU though.  I have now gotten through the shockwave installation and will look for flash crashes from now as a fresh start.
