Advice on "how to" do titles

I'm looking to do some titles that come from the lower side of the video either left or right and creep in, much like this example.

I'm new to PP and wondered if someone could point me in the correct direction to create these kinds of titles.

Keyframing the Position parameter of the Motion effect will do the trick.
