Can't watch You Tube Videos!!!

I was having trouble getting You Tube videos to play on my pc. So I went to Adobe Flash Player's site to Download the latest version and did everything the site says to do. When I went back to view a video it told me I needed to download Adobe Flash Player. When I went back to Adobe and tryed to download it it told me I already have it. HELP!!!
