flash wont change settings

i have tryed to allow for more space on local disk but goes gray an wont do anything i have done everything in the forums an still cant get it to allow or deny or adjust for more space

Download the Flash Player Uninstaller and the Flash Player 12 Plug-in FULL Installer (For all other browsers) as well as the Flash Player 12 Plug-in FULL Installer for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Close Firefox and run the uninstaller first.

Check C/Windows/System32/Macromed - delete the Flash folder there if it remains.

Check C/Windows/SysWOW64/Macromed - delete the Flash folder there if it remains.

Then run the FULL installers.

You should be able to set it after that.

still does same thing when i right click settings an when it pops up it gray an wont let me do anything still an idk if this would be the program that im running to cause this but i have talked to others with it an they have no issues
