Downloading Flash Player

I have several questions, but to start with the main question:

Where do I find a link to download the latest Flash Player? I can't use an installer to download and install it. Latest for Mac.

Secondly. Looking for an answer to this I got another one. Why is it impossible to contact Adobe directly? They/You have a "Contact Us/Customer Support". but it leads nowhere useful. Just a useless FAQ. And, thirdly, when I found this forum and was ready to post my question it yet again wanted me to search around for an answere just in case. I have a feeling you are bothering your customers so they stay away....

Now, I'd like help with the direct download link. Where can it be found?

Flash Player 12 (Mac OS X)

Since Flash Player is "freeware" (you don't pay for it) we're the support for it. A motley bunch to be sure, but we do actually solve a few problems once in a while.
