I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated with this change to the service; I recommend looking through our FAQ for information about this decision. As far as your logistical concerns, I do have a few comments for you regarding your questions:
- First and foremost, Workspaces has been a free service for quite some time; if you were paying a monthly fee, it likely wasn't for the use of Workspaces and/or Buzzword, but rather for one of our other services, such as PDF Pack or ExportPDF. If you have questions about this, please contact me privately for assistance.
- When you export your Buzzword documents to Word (*.doc or *.docx) files, existing hyperlinks in those documents should appear in the Word files, so I don't believe you'll have to re-link all of your content.
- If you've got many people shared on a document, you can copy all of those email address or email all your collaborators; you don't need to copy them one by one. To copy or email collaborators, click on "Share File" in the lower left corner of your browser window and then, where it shows you how many collaborators you have on the document, you can click "Show them". When the list of collaborators appears, open up the menu and choose either "Copy All" or "Email All". Screenshots below for your reference:
