Hello, why Adobe Formscentral is not available for Ecuador?

I really can't comment on Adobe business decisions and this decision goes outside of our product team.

We do have the following FAQ that assists users in how to set up an account when you do have the "unsupported country" error if you have access to a credit card from any of the supported countries:
