Localhost:8500 error in Coldfusion 10

Hi,

Why is it so that when I am Offline i.e not connected to Internet I cannot log on to http://localhost:8500/CFIDE/administrator or even to localhost:8500 while using coldfusion 10. Can any body help.

Create a test file, say, test.cfm, and copy it to ColdFusion's wwwroot directory. Can you open http://localhost:8500/test.cfm in your browser? If not, can you open http://127.0.0.1:8500/test.cfm?

Hi-

No, I did not receive any error the browser did not respond. Neither Chrome, IE or FireFox. But as soon as I connected the internet it displayed everything as normal.
