Ive installed the flash player, enabled everything necessary as directed in the other forum listings and directions. Every website i go to still claims that i need to update my flash player. My system is windows 7 not sure if 64 or 32 bit. Ive tried the uninstall and reinstall and everything else i can think of. Any help would be appreciated.
My Windows 8 laptop (hasn't been on since Wednesday) ran a Flash Player (IE) update this morning, so I assume there was one maybe last week. I don't use that laptop very much (I hate Windows 8) so the updates are infrequent. I have a desktop that I keep updated three time weekly, and it' always current, but it's IE10, because I refuse to install IE11.

The loonballs in Redmond really did a number on their latest "burnt offering". The DELIBERATELY screwed up the "User-Agent Strings" to make it harder (if possible at all) for websites to identify it. Some sites see it as "Gecko Webkit" (Firefox) and most of the rest can't figure out what it is at all. Here's the problem with that... The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon, because they think this is a good idea.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.
