Cannot update flash player Mavericks!! Help!!

Everytime I try to update it never goes through, it goes through the instilation phase and then this happens. 

And when i go through the steps to find the package details this is what I find...

You're trying to open the package for the "stub" installer. That won't do.

Use this one: Flash Player 12 (Mac OS X)

If it won't install straight from the DMG, THEN run the Flash Player.pkg from the Contents/Resources folder.
