I have a main computer which has flash player installed but I take my samsung 10.1 tab away on holidays with me, Is flashing player in development on the android platform soon
No...
There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on you

1, You don't "buy" Puffin. It's free.
2, Dolphin and Puffin (according to Google) use "server side rendering" which means they play the Flash content on Google's servers and feed it back to your tablet instantaneously.

Odd... Google must have just started charging for "the good stuff". (Greedy #?*!'s)
Everything I've read on Dolphin and Puffin indicated that they work for whatever Flash content you view.
I don't own a tablet or Android phone, so I can't confirm that, though.
