Adobe flash 12 refuses to install

I have tried numerous times to load adobe flash 12 on my Mac. I have all the right systems for the operating system and safari, but the install never works. I have done a complete uninstall before trying it again and it still didn't work. My adobe flash worked just fine until this required upgrade came about. Please advise. Thank you.

No. Each time I've tried it, it tells me installation completed. Trying the clean install method right now.

Did the complete clean install method, checked everything it said to check, still no sign that the application loaded or works.
