Actionlist not found

I have seen multiple discussions on this but none have fixed the problem. After trying to install the actionlist not found message appears. I uninstalled the entire program and tried re-installing, tried installing from a different browser, tried installing the direct site download version which downloaded but then said it was blocked because it was not the latest version and then the update would not install and showed the same actionlist not found message. Please help

OSX 10.7.5 and i tried on both safari and firefox
