Problems with my e books and DRM license

I have   re installed   Win 7 in my  P.C.,

I've changed my e mail adress

After this changes, I have syncronizez  for first time my e-book rader Sony,  and I can't read my books.

This message appears:

Protected DRM. Continue and get autorization

Answer yes  and it goes into a loop with the same question again

Would be great if someone can help me to recover my books

I just want to recover my e-books after restore all my computer from

scratch and a mail adress change.

I've been downloaded again some ebooks that I already have and I get

the message "registred for anonther user"

I've been purchased a new e book and there is no problem, so it works

fine. The only problem is with the books

purcahsed before the computer crash

Could you or someone else help me please.
