Does my new computer need other Adobe downloads

I'm downloading PS/PSE 12 onto a new computer (Windows 8.1). Do I need other Adobe downloads (e.g., Reader, Flash, Acrobat, etc.) to support the PS/PSE 12 programs? Thank you.

Most applications will stand on their own. Photoshop would be one such application.
