Just one last question before I subscribe. If I were to install the software on both my home PC and my works PC (if that's allowed) would I need to disable/enable the software before using on the other computer?

That restriction only applies to Creative Suites (CS6 and earlier).
Creative Cloud (CC) software can be used on two computers at the same time.
e.g. http://forums.adobe.com/message/5488871 (reply #2). There are other examples in the forums but occasional forum posts are the only places I've seen it mentioned by Adobe staffers.
I've never seen this made clear in the EULAs, on the Adobe website or in any Adobe marketing material. Seems to be some kind of 'insider' knowledge.
