Can't see PDFs

I downloaded new player today and I get a message trying to view PDFs saying that I have to accept the end user license agreement, but I already did that due to the agreement in the installation. What is wrong?

Installation agreement and end user agreement = two different animals

Mac:

Mac HD/Applications - double click the Adobe reader app

Accept the agreement when it opens.

Windows:

C/Program Files(x86)/Adobe/Reader 11.0/Reader - double click the Eula.exe file.

Accept the agreement when it opens.
