Website keeps reloading

Hello,

I wanted to install Adobe Flash Player on my Mac running OS X 10.9.1. When I clicked on 'Download now', the website keeped reloading and didn't start to download Flash. I tried to install it with different browsers, I restarted my Mac and I logged in on another Wifi network. What can I do to install Flash Player? Thank you.
