Re installation Flash player 12

Hi, I am unable to keep the above in my Desktop windows 7 pro  64 bit.  It seems to install fine but when I log off it all disapears again,and I have to keep reinstalling every day   Is ther a Cd  I could buy to install and KEEP program.  This has been a problem for many months and exhasted all posted remedies on Adobe sites                 Thanks

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

You've got something (not necessarily a virus, but maybe a system cleaner) that keeps removing it.
