Flash Player for Mac stops downloading at 7%

Trying to update my Flash Player for my Mac.

It stops at 7% downloading everytime.

I've uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled and it still stops at 7%.

This is my work computer so I need to access Flash often.

Thanks for any help.

Flash Player 12.0.0.44 (Mac OS X)

Right click it and "Download Linked File As".

Quit Safari and then run the installer.
