I work for Xerox International Partners and I cannot activate Framer Maker on my PC due to many activations on other PC's. I was given new PC months ago and failed to deactivate Framemaker on my old PC. The hard drive from my old PC has been destroyed so I cannot deactivate it. Can I ask Adobe to allow me to activate Framemaker on this PC since my old hard drive was destroyed? Thank You Gary Lopez

You'll have to contact Customer Support to deactivate the other install. You're allowed two activations, so that means that there's another machine still active besides the one that was destroyed.

Sure -- just call FM support -- it's pretty routine.
