For anyone to have any chance of helping, you need to provide a LOT more information

a 2nd generation i7 2.2 GHz processor, 8 GB Memory and a 1 GB ATI radeon
processor. I had the CS6 master collection installed and there might have
been a conflict.

-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself

OK... this is NOT about Cloud programs, but it IS about ATI and Win8.1 and a specific program not working with ANY driver I could find for the ATI card in my wife's computer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1318710
After talking (email) with the advisor at the software company, I have ordered an nVidia card which will replace the ATI card she now has
I have NO idea if your problem is the same/similar... but that is what I am doing so she can get the latest Win8.1 updates
