Good morning support;
Weird one here...
I am running Win 7 Home Premium on my PC, whose "installed programs" confirms that Flash Player is installed and enabled, but all programs that call for it say that no Flash Player is installed (including your own self-checking tool on your help menu).
I followed all suggested troubleshooting instructions, but without success.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
James EF

Hello,
There are two versions of Flash Player for the PC, ActiveX (for Internet Explorer) and the Plugin (for other browsers). It appears you may have one, but not the other. The Control Panel (installed programs) will tell you which one is installed. Here are the links for both downloads. Simply downloand and install the one that is missing:
Flash Player ActiveX (for Internet Explorer)
Flash Player Plugin (for non-IE browsers)
