Seem to have adobe flash player 12 activec and 12 plugin but what is "New Player" from TUGUU SL?

Is this "New Player" some kind of third party scam or is it part of Adobe?  has a blue/purple pyramid logo with a right arrow inside of the box.  Should I uninstall it...also I am getting some kind of message from microsoft...supposedly to agree to some kind of new software by hitting "next"...is that needed?

"New Player" is not an Adobe product and it doesn't come FROM Adobe or with ANYTHING you can download here.

I NEVER use anything but the Adobe FULL installers for Flash Player or Reader

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Nothing is ever bundled with those, and they are "Official" downloads for the freeware products.
