so i just got this laptop, its a windows 8. bran new, and i go to watch a youtube video and it says i have to install flash player,so i go to do that and it says it was already installed, but the videos still wont work. so i installed it like 6 times and it still wont work. i followed all the steps and everything. and nothing. what do i do?

For IE (Internet Exploder) you CAN'T update or install Flash Player from here. It can ONLY be updated through Windows Update.

Click the Gear icon at the top right and select About Internet Explorer.

Is it IE11?
