No McAfee wanted!

I just paid a place to clean up my computer and he removed mcafee as it was the main problem slowing mwe down. now I cant watch my daily sermon because i need to download adobe flash player BUT i dont want the mcafee,,,,,what do I do to just get the flash player. they gave no option boc to check!
