After Installing the Flash Player it will not work ?

I loaded the newest Flash Player (2/26/14) and it didn't work, so I went to Internet/Tools/Imternet Options/Programs/Manage add-ons/Shockwave Flash Object which stated it was Enabled, so I Clicked to Disable and Re-Enable but it still doesn't work ?

Do you have any suggestions ?
