Every time I log in Robohelp 6.0 as an administrator I get the following message : " Unable to register hhctrl.ocx, itircl.dll, itss.dll" How can I fix this?

That doesn’t sound like a WebHelp issue – it sounds more like a CHM thing – have you got the MS HTML Workshop installed?

Hi there
Questions here. You state RoboHelp 6? Pretty long in the tooth and I'm not sure it will even run successfully on a newer OS.
What is your OS? The fact you state you are running as an administrator would seem to suggest Vista, 7 or 8 of Windows.
Has RoboHelp ever run successfully on this machine and the errors are new?
The answers to the questions above will determine what is advised next.
Cheers... Rick

I would suspect that it has to be run in either XP mode or in an XP virtual machine.

No, not necessarily – you can try running in XP mode by configuring the shortcut; running the free XP VM in Win7 depends on your version of Win7 (Home, Pro, etc.)
