On Firefox Flash Player works fine, I can watch Youtube without a problem. However, on Opera I cannot. It wont detect Flash Player. I've tried installing and uninstalling Flash Player  and plugins are already enabled but no luck. Any help, please?

What version of Opera are you using?

I have Opera Next 20 on my Win 7 machine. It works.

Firefox and Opera use the same plug-in, so if it works in FF, it should in Opera. If it doesn't... it may be a plug-in conflict in Opera.

Opera 19.0 is the version, windows 7.

It shows Flash Player is not installed in Opera but I have installed it. How would I get rid of plug-in conflict?

As well as Youtube other websites that use Flash Player dont work.

This is what you should see under "plugins" in Opera:

Make sure Flash Player is listed and enabled.

It comes from the same place as the plug-in for Firefox, so one won't work if the other doesn't.

If that doesn't work, try a clean install. http://forums.adobe.com/message/4041846

I have checked and it is enabled. Thanks, but I have already tried uninstalling it previously.
