Downloading FP 12.0

On attempting to download FP 12.0, I get a pop-up requiring me to close Internet Explorer and 'Servicemanager' before proceeding.  I can close Internet Explorer o.k. but can't find a program called 'Servicemanager' either installed or running to be able to close it.  How do I get round this?

Hi,

Lanch task manager (Start> on search panel type task manager) and on task manger look for the CEP service manager (refer the below screenshot)

Select it and click on end process and try the download again.
