If you are using BC secure Zone Feature, Then you can either manually update the each customer records or provide username and password field, while importing the contacts.
Here is a very help document regarding Import Contact http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1773

Brad Lawryk Mar 3, 2014 1:29 PM (in response to PbcWeb)In Business Catalyst you can add the user in the customer tool and then you can subscribe them to the secure zone.
They will get an email sent to them to confirm and set up a password.
You can also do it using a form the person fills out.
bcgurus.com has some excellent tutorial videos on Secure Zones.

PbcWeb Mar 4, 2014 6:34 AM (in response to Brad Lawryk)Hi Brad,
I found where I could set the username and password and sent it to the contact's email address. The username was sent correctly but the password BC sent was this ??
I'm assuming that because this is one of the free sites it's not going to work and that's why I was sent this long string. However when you click on the string it's a Password Reset screen. I thought I might be able to test it to see if it truely does work with Muse.
Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "while importing the contacts". I thought you could add customer records in BC and it would automatically work with the form( which was created in BC and the Html was copied and pasted into Muse) in Muse similar to the "News" items or a blog (ie. the tutorial on integrating BC with Muse).?

Gaurav Sharma Mar 4, 2014 6:53 AM (in response to PbcWeb)Hi,
In BC, you can either create a customer individually or if you have customers in Bulk, like 500-600 or some more, you can simply import the customer records. Take a look to this screenshot http://prntscr.com/2xsmdq

PbcWeb Mar 4, 2014 7:04 AM (in response to Gaurav Sharma)Hi Gaurav Sharma,
Thank you for your quick reply! I'll have to investigate that. As for now I only need to set a password for a gallery page where I would send out the username and password to the client so that they may access their photos and the rest of the world wouldn't get a peek.

Gaurav Sharma Mar 4, 2014 7:13 AM (in response to PbcWeb)Hi,
Everytime you send Login details to the customer, system will send a long string/token, which can be used to setup new password. As the password is stored in DB with encryption and due to security reason, no one can see the password. So the string (which you added above) will allow user to set the password, you or user will not be able to see the password.
Hope this Helps.
