Flash Player won't install on Windows XP

Keep getting message "User does not have sufficient privileges". I log on as Administrator will full privileges. What's up?

This error message may be issued in error; it may be a permission problem in the Flash Player install folder.

Try a clean install as in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315
