Unable to Download urllink.ascm

I have downloaded adobe digital editions and have books that currently work.  I am attempting to add a new book and have the urllink.acsm from the purchase.  When I attempt to download it, I get "Unable to Download Error getting license, License Service comm problem: E_Adept_request_ expired.  Can anybody help me get this figured out?
