Because your iPad ISN'T OS X. It's iOS 6 or 7, which has never been compatible with Flash Player... ever since 2005 when Apple released the very first iPhone.

There will never be a Flash Player for iOS.

Apple recommends SkyFire. It's available in the App Store.

Thanks Mike...I really appreciate your reply!!!  I'll stop trying.  Unfortunately Skyfire won't work for the Adobe webinar that I was trying to attend...it must be Adobe Flash Player.  I'll just have to find a laptop.  Take good care and thanks again!! Lori 🙂
