1. Re: CS6 doesn't reordered numbered lists after moving a frame
Zinusmero Mar 9, 2014 5:10 PM (in response to Zinusmero)I have found two solutions, but not really what i was after.
I can just put all the text in the one frame and then break apart and link the frames.
Or, more unusually, if (using the example), I cut and then paste 4, 5, 6 & 7, 8 become 4 and the rest order correctly.
Is this really the way Indesign handles numbered lists?

2. Re: CS6 doesn't reordered numbered lists after moving a frame
P Spier Mar 9, 2014 5:20 PM (in response to Zinusmero)It's not clear to me if you were cutting and pasting a frame, or the text in the frame. Rearranging threaded frames doesn't reorder the list. You must re-order the threaded text itself

3. Re: CS6 doesn't reordered numbered lists after moving a frame
Zinusmero Mar 9, 2014 6:16 PM (in response to P Spier)I was cutting and pasting the frames. Each separate frame has text which uses a numbered list paragraph style that spanned frames.
Anyway, i got it done.
